I would highly recommend Hemmings Hanlon Clark to any landlords looking for an agent to manage their rental properties. Their expect knowledge of both the rental market and local area and great advice which they gave me were the main reasons I decided to use them as my letting agents. They were very proactive and effective at finding potential tenants quickly and had a thorough vetting process which was evident with the great tenant we had. The staff are always very pleasant and always call back when they say they will and in a timely manner. The whole tenancy was managed for me which meant I had little involvement and hassle on a day to day basis. All in all, I had a great experience when using this company.

What agent could do to change your mind?
After a year of one to many problems with the agent there was nothing they could have done. Also they were unwilling to improve and would advise that certain staff would benefit from training in customer relations.
