Whilst the staff are always polite and friendly enough 90% of phone calls end with the dreaded "someone will call you back". More than a few times nobody has phoned back. I can see that Sarah Kenny would be a good agent if you live in a property that has no problems but sadly our experience hasn't been great to date. We have often been left to check that things have/will be done, which is exhausting.
On weekends whilst they have staff present they are often staff that cannot deal with simple queries, and on occasion have little interest because they are "admin" or "weekend" staff. It almost seems counter intuitive to have someone sat on reception if they lack interest or the authority to get involved in a query.
Without wanting to be too negative a few members of their team have been great the young girl that works weekends (and sadly isn't on their website for me to name) has always been very helpful and when we dealt with the a manager once she was great. I just wish that when they said "it will be done on x day" or "someone will call back" that I could believe them.
What agent could do to change your mind?
Sadly our experience to date hasn't been great. I would love it if they could take ownership of our problems and see them through to resolution because I really want to trust them to resolve things and thus avoiding unnecessary stress.
In all honesty I wouldn't have written an online review but they have contacted us asking us to review them in the past.
