Avoid this estate agents, if you can. I bought a flat through them. Firstly, the agent Osman Cannur made up all kinds of rubbish to try and push us to make an offer and pay a reserve on a new period conversion flat. "Someone else is interested, but as you saw it first they are giving you the chance to bid, but you have to decide today..." Surprise surprise when we didn't bid the flat was still available two weeks later. I wasn't surprised by the first part, but what happened next is an example of the very worst estate agents. We eventually bought one of the flats and exchanged contracts. However, the developer had problems and delayed finishing the building of the flat and then missed completion deadlines etc. Through all this the initially very keen estate agent Osman Cannur completely disappeared. No help, no reply to emails or phonecalls. Nothing. When I tried to raise a complaint about his lack of assistance in finding out why the house was delayed, when it was going to be ready, the company also ignored me. This company needs to re-assess its customer care and business ethics.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. The team and I are obviously all extremely saddened to note that we did not meet your expectations.
We were subject to pressure from the developer who were keen to exchange and complete and we were relaying every bit of information we had forward to you. Yes we were keen and acting in a very proactive way as you would expect from a company with competition from other agents so we apologies if you felt pressurised in anyway. Communication with the developer began to dwindle and it was clear why as he eventually went into receivership. We were always happy to help but there are only so many phone calls you can make to the same person and hit a brick wall.
Despite all of this, we are delighted to hear you have secured one of the flats and i wish you all the very best for the future.

I have just received the report from the Tenancy Dispute Service and we have been awarded the full disputed amount in respect of deductions relating to cleaning charges and the check out fee. I'm happy to get the money but more happy to take it off Eaton Green. With regards to the check out fee I assume this is standard on all their short tenancy agreements where at point 24.12 they state that the check out fee is paid by the Landlord but on their terms and conditions they say there will be ...

:) I Hope you will get your deposit back. :) The deposit fund is not with TDS at present it appears that this has already been returned to the landlord however please be rest assured that this matter will be dealt with should you wish to proceed further with adjudication. A truly corrupt awful business and they still owe me some rent, but I'm so exhausted with dealing with this bunch of crooks they can keep it.
