From the onset BP&C were helpful to showcase their rental properties, and even helped with negotiating our rent, although our relationship became more difficult during our tenancy.
In several instances staff were unhelpful and gave the impression that they did not care, there is certainly a lot left desired in terms of aftercare and tenant support. Staff we not well informed with regard to property law/legislation, or indeed tenant-landlord responsibilities, something which I find particularly concerning as PB&C have years of experience in property management.
Correspondence with BP&C was usually via email, in my case this is preferred, however I can foresee how this may be perceived as "cold;" it is not helped by the staff being unable to spell, use correct tense or grammar -deciphering of emails was sometimes necessary.
Considering the agency fees with respect to the lack of tenant support, unwillingness to help and general lack of people skills, I would not recommend renting with PB&C, nor will I be using them in any future tenancies.
