From start to finish this was an impressive service. As a first time buyer, buying a relatively low priced property, some places make you feel you are lower in the attention ratings. Not Wards. And from the first viewing it was clear Kai had done his homework on the property and had answers to all the questions one asks, especially of a leasehold property. And then did more research and gave impartial advice about proceeding to the offer stage. Again, once the sale progressed, having Louise as the sales progessor really smoothed it along. And when her ansaphone message kicks in, and says I'll call you back by 4pm today, she does! From first viewing to moving in took less than 2 months, and minimum stress due very much to the exemplary professional service of the Wards Tonbridge team. Be honest, estate agents have a certain reputation but Wards completely rise above that to be in a class of their own, reminding one of what real customer service is all about. Buy your house from the team I had, you'll almost enjoy the process!
