I don't think any of that adds up to us under valuing/selling the property.
As you are aware we approached the buyer to see if he was prepared to pay more as per your instructions and he declined, sighting further evidence to indicate the price you were selling at was indeed a very good one.
That aside, you were in your perfect rights to withdraw from the tranasction at any stage, to include when the buyer declined to increase his offer, if you felt you were under selling the property.
