I'm looking to buy a property and these guys are the most incompetent and unprofessional agents I have ever dealt with. When you talk to them on the phone they talk down to you and treat you like they are doing you a favour by talking to you.
1) Went in to register and arranged to view 5 properties (was told I would get a call back). Couple of days later I call them and they have no record of the properties I want to view and get really aggressive with me when I don't remember the names of all the houses I want to view.
2) Called dozens of times to arrange viewings and they never EVER call you back. This has now happened with 6 properties (some of which are still on the market).
3) This is my favourite one. I called to arrange a viewing for a property which went online today and has an open day tomorrow. Was told they would call me back (quelle surprise, they didn't). Call again to be told they are not accepting any more viewings as there are "too many people" and that I couldn't book in for another day as they "are going to be flooded with offers."
When I complained about the fact that I am a cash buyer and all I want to do is see a house, the only response was that they had me down as having a deposit. Obviously being in the "having a deposit" category means that they get to talk down to you.
Honestly, if buying a house means dealing with these guys, I'd rather not buy the house. Much prefer Aston Fox or Bairstow Eves who are just down the road and provide a much more professional service.

What agent could do to change your mind?
He could have stopped pushing us to meet their mortgage brokers and accepted that we had made our mind up to use our bank. He should not have tried to make our meeting with their brokers out to be anything else then a business move. We had absolutely all our papers in order also the bank called them to answer any questions. Don't tell me that is not financial approval enough to present the vendor. Very aggressive and arrogant behavior. He should defiantly work on his people skills and be clear about the intentions he got.Attached Filesnbsp;
