Very poor communication. Few viewings and even fewer that did not appear to be anything other than a response to my telephone calls. Slow and needed badgering to drop price as agreed. Different people answered phone as main contacts were not available and those in office poor on the case details. Call backs promised did not happen. I liked the on line photos but I could get that cheaper else where. Unhappy with the feel of the whole process and this was a sole seller agreement!
What agent could do to change your mind?

Issues as a tenant as well. They gave me a dodgy property with no hot water, no fire alarms, no working appliances, urine stained mattress and carpets. They aren't properly relaying information I am giving them to the landlord leading to delays, landlord has had enough and said shes not dealing with it. Now I am issueing a lawsuit against the landlord to reclaim money in lost rent and damages.
