We decided to use Ward and Partners because their market estimation of our property seemed to reflect an honest and accurate price that would attract prospective buyers. The marketing strategy used a number of well known websites such as Right Move and Zoopla to maximise access to buyers and we had a good number of viewings. We had consistent, ongoing communication, and particularly would like to thank Ingrid, our Sales Progressor, for her patience in liaising with the other parties in the chain.
Overall, our experience of using the Ashford branch has been a very positive one. Queries were dealt with promptly in a very polite, efficient manner. We have just exchanged contracts and are just waiting to complete, so a successful outcome. Thanks to everyone who made this happen.
