Clare was helpful and professional throughout the whole transaction. Contrary to my previous experience with other Letting Agents, Clare returned my phone calls promptly even though it was evident that she was extremely busy. She dealt with every query I had in an intelligent and professional manner. She was knowledgeable about the properties she showed me and arranged viewings quickly. Clare also gave me some general advice about tenancy issues which was extremely helpful. I found her efficient, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with.
