I visited the office to obtain an appointment to value the Mobile Home that has been in the family for 30 years. After obtaining a date & time & giving my details I asked who would attend. I was informed that it would be Mr Morris in person. Mr Morris then appeared from his office explaining that he had sold 'park homes' at green crize in the past & promptly went on to say that he did not like to deal with the 'site owner' as they were 'awkward'. On hearing that I informed him I would take my business else where as I was the 'site owner'. Commission that should have been passed to the 'site owner' failed to occur after Mr Morris had the documentation necessary to complete his last transaction with the site. Of course I could be perceived as being 'awkward' !
