I am sorry to hear that you felt you did not have a positive experience from Belvoir. I have looked into this particular issue and I understand that the issue was over 1 tea spoon that had been replaced. Although replaced you were not happy as it did not match exactly.
With regards to our check out process and DVD inventory this has proved extremely successful for our landlords and indeed we have only been to dispute twice as an agent and both times we have had a positive outcome for the landlords. This high success rate is im sure one of the best in the area.
As a responsible agent we have to work within the confines of the dispute service and it is our job to advise landlords of the likely outcome of a dispute and in this instance Sarah Tapp advised you that it was highly unlikely that the dispute service adjudicator would not rule in your favour and indeed even if they did the time and money it would take to get to this point could not be justified for one teaspoon. Your tenant was in situ for 2 years and 3 months and paid the rent on time every month and on check out the property was immaculate. We always hate to loose a property and of course a disgruntled landlord is not good for any business and so I can only apologise and I trust that you may consider using Belvoir Camberley again in the future. As a good will gesture I will personally ensure you receive a reduced management rate. I would also like to reasure you that I am now back in the business full time.
