The video inventory is terrible and is not used during the check out process. There is no written record of items in the property and their inventory would not stand up in a dispute. The staff are not helpful and they do not record any meter readings at the end of a tenancy, leaving it up to the departing tenant to notify providers of readings, which leaves the system very open to abuse - departing tenant could give any lower reading and thus the cost would be passed onto the Landlord during the vacant period. The gentleman Craig Walker referred to in other reviews is no longer with the Camberley branch. Sarah Tapp has now taken over this role and does NOT inspire any confidence! I would never use them again.

I very much value feedback from our customers and I personally like to address reviews so that we as an agency can learn from feedback both positive and negative.

With regards to our check out process and DVD inventory this has proved extremely successful for our landlords and indeed we have only been to dispute twice as an agent and both times we have had a positive outcome for the landlords. This high success rate is im sure one of the best in the area.
As a responsible agent we have to work within the confines of the dispute service and it is our job to advise landlords of the likely outcome of a dispute and in this instance Sarah Tapp advised you that it was highly unlikely that the dispute service adjudicator would not rule in your favour and indeed even if they did the time and money it would take to get to this point could not be justified for one teaspoon. Your tenant was in situ for 2 years and 3 months and paid the rent on time every month and on check out the property was immaculate. We always hate to loose a property and of course a disgruntled landlord is not good for any business and so I can only apologise and I trust that you may consider using Belvoir Camberley again in the future. As a good will gesture I will personally ensure you receive a reduced management rate. I would also like to reasure you that I am now back in the business full time.
