They are friendly before signing the contract but after signing the contract don't listen.
When I came for viewing the property, someone from the agency (he was reluctant to tell me his name, then told me his name as Adam) agreed with me that they will clean the house n garden, will paint new, will provide new furniture n also fix all the electrical things, will provide new fridge/freezer n washing machine on the first day when you move in. They promised me that everything will be new as we are charging rent as a newly refurbished n fully furnished property.
It was a nightmare when we moved in. All dirty, no cleaning, no fixing and also no sign of new washing machine n fridge/freezer. I called them for the agreed things n their response was,"we sent cleaner to clean the property. Fridge/freezer n washing machine will be delivered tomorrow." When 'tomorrow' came some came with used n very old and used condition washing machine, maximum load was 2kg, and also the fridge with the same condition. When I made a complain, Ebrahim Kola said," we only provide these things at the moment. Sign a contract for 1 year or more than we will provide things 1 by 1 but not if gutless than 12 months."
AVOID TO CONTACT THEM. BECOME VERY RUDE AFTER SIGNING THE CONTRACT. I AM VERY SURE THAT THOSE WHO LEFT POSITIVE FEEDBACK FOR THEM, THEY WOULD BE THEIR FRIENDS/RELATIVES. I ALSO HAVE REPORTED THEM TO THE BIRMINGHAM CITY COUNCIL FOR THEIR BEHAVIOUR. I HAVE MUCH MORE TO SAY BUT I WRITE THERE DUE TO SOME RESTRICTIONS. BUT I WARN PEOPLE DON'T GO OR DEAL WITH THEM.

I have a few issues with the inaccuracies of this review that you've left of our company.
My understanding of this is that you took the property, without seeing it yourself, and on the word of a friend who had viewed the property on your behalf.
We also forwarded you images of the property to help you in making your decision.
You then reserved the property and once referencing complete and a move-in date was set, you arrived to move-in.
The property had just had a BRAND NEW fitted kitchen and had been professionally cleaned throughout a few weeks prior to your move-in.
When you moved in we had a new fridge freezer delivered for you and you experienced an issue with the washing machine.
Your washing machine was inspected and replaced, Ebrahim ran you through how to use it and sat through a cycle with you to make sure it was working.
Within a few hours of Ebrahim leaving the property, you called to complain that the washing machine was not working.
We found this strange but have nevertheless arranged for a contractor to come out and inspect and repair the washing machine, who has arranged a time with you. For today, funnily enough.
Ebrahim has never said that you would have to sign a new contract to get repairs or replacements done to items that were in the property when you moved in - he is fully aware of the responsibilities of the landlord to replace these if/when they are broken/irrepairable.
I was not reluctant to give my name and also, you were not at the viewing so how can you claim that? It was your friend who came to view the property on your behalf.
As I believe it, you took the property on the advice of your friend and although we are not giving up on our responsibilities to maintain the property, you cannot blame us if your opinion of the property is not the same as your friends.
Again, it's disappointing you feel this way considering we've kept to our promises to you and have assisted with you every step of the way.
If you have any other issues, please feel free to contact us and we'll try our utmost to rectify them.
Adam
