This agent was not of any help whatsoever when I was turned over to her because of the state of the property I rented. The property was filthy and needed many repairs that she didn't even bothered to consider not even under my insistence. And I had to deal with landlord without any help on her side once the contract signed.

Thank you for your comments. We take this very seriously and the condition of any rented property should not be a matter for concern.
I would be grateful if you would contact me so I can investigate both the repairs and the cleanliness and apologise for any inconvenience caused.
I am happy to initially arrange for a 'Good Will' clean and look into all and any repairs in detail.
