Selling my Uncles house using an EPA was made comparatively easy by Nicky and Julian .They achieved their original,what (to me )seemed high, estimate showing their knowledge of the market. This was almost £60,000 more than their competitors were quoting. They were professional throughout and kept me informed of developments even though I was over two hundred miles away .Thoroughly recommended.

Never use Cubitts - they overvalued my house, charged me a fixed fee based on a higher figure (hence lower percentage fee) and then refused to adjust the percentage to the selling price. Never returned phone calls, got vital info wrong, were not available on ...
