I would just like to say that I am most grateful for the help that Rachel has given me over these past few months, she has been a godsend and mot helpful, always polite and always called me back when I left a message. I am sure I am not the first person to think this and I certainly will not be the last. I would also like to thank Terry who has also helped me in a different way in the beginning of my house search, making sure everything run smoothly until the handover to Rachel.
