James arrived at our property in a timely fashion and was very professional during our first meeting, he had already provided us with a welcome pack so we were ready and could prepare questions for him. James was very thorough and extremely knowledgeable with regards to our property and similar houses, his valuation was very good and dynamic approach led us to sign up to have James market our property. James was always around to take our calls and more importantly provided us with good feedback within days of a viewing. James sold our property at a fair price that we were very happy with, his after sales care and attention to detail has led me to recommend him to friends and family members. James was very reliable and we could not have hoped for a better agent.
