Raphael is extremely expedient and responsive. He was also very helpful in suggesting ways in which we might be able to make our property more attractive to prospective tenants. This was proven in how quickly he was able to secure a tenant for us, at the asking rent. We are very happy with our experience of Raphael/Houseman Properties.

Raphael and Emma are good value. From recent experience there are high-street / chain letting agents who charge more, but do (a lot) less. They are clear and transparent about their fees. I have no qualms in paying them their commission - they earned it!

Thank you for your testimonial. I think it is worth pointing out that in fact there are no additional charges once you vacate the property as the checkout report is paid for by the landlord. Most agencies hide this charge. Our agency fees have always been very competitive. On behalf myself and Emma we wish you happiness in your new home. ...
