Buying a house is an extremely stressful situation that will potentially persist for months. This is why you need to know that you have a great team behind you that you can trust implicitly.
When you get your house valued theres not really much choice between the agents, theyre all offering roughly the same rates and the same websites. It becomes who do you trust the most and a popularity contest. What you dont expect is slandering other agents.
Call me niave as this is the first time selling my home, but I genuinely didnt believe that someone could come in your house calling themselves a professional and talk so rudely of others.
As for Fulfirds in general, its a very corporate company, all forms and tick boxes and little local knowledge.

Stop sending me emails when I ask you to. Don't send emails to me that are addressed to some other person(!). Don't keep calling me, particularly after I have asked you not to. Don't pass my personal details on to other companies without my permission.Attached Filesnbsp;

-Be transparent on fees, don't offer a discount to sign earlier when it's obviously not worth it for the tenant -Don't spam and provide ways to unsubscribe to SMS (I'm sure this is not entirely legal)Attached Filesnbsp;
