Your agent Stephanie was of the highest standard and kept me informed at all times. She was helpful in every way and made the transition so much easier. All members of staff spoken to on the phone were helpful, but my one small criticism was when calling I did not know to whom I was speaking. What agent could do to change your mind?
After a year of one to many problems with the agent there was nothing they could have done. Also they were unwilling to improve and would advise that certain staff would benefit from training in customer relations.
