Simon really understands the buying/selling process, a true expert in his field of negotiation. He managed what was a difficult purchase acting calmly and intelligently throughout. As someone who also works in the field of property i can confidently say that Simon truly is one of the most competent residential agents in the area. I would not hesitate to deal with the office again.
