Our sale took 11 months in all mainly as it involved selling our property twice (first buyers pulled out days before we were due to exchange). When this happened Country Properties quickly got about ten further viewings arranged for the week or two after and we were again sold in about 2-3 weeks. Country properties worked very hard and with determination, and it paid off.
