We have moved several times over recent years and have used many agents in the Guildford area before, but this time chose Gascoigne Pees and we are extremely pleased that we did. Rick, Amy and the team provided a first class service that we cannot fault at all. From the viewings through to the final negotiations in what turned out to be a very tricky chain, we feel that if we had chosen any of our previous agents, the sale would not have gone through. Rick kept us updated at every stage of the sale, and his experience in his field really showed in his negotiating skills and professional manner. And from our previous experiences of house selling, if you are considering using an agent with a rock bottom commission rate, think twice. A rock bottom commission rate = a rock bottom service. Rick and his team are by far the best agent we have used, and we would highly recommend them to our family and friends.
