Avoid at all cost. I'm curently going through their complaints procedure and next step is the ombudsman (for breach of contract and numerous breaches of the ombudsman code of conduct). I contacted the buyer of my property after the sale to see if her experience was as bad as mine, and no supprise......it was! I was at no point informed about the progress of the sale, and was constantly fobbed off excuses, It was only after talking directly to the buyer that I discovered how much B.S and miss information I'd been given. I'm currently advising anyone who will listen to avoid this company and countrywide in general. Medical professionals are quite a fluid population and move frequently, hopefully I can prevent colleagues going through such a painful procedure in future.
