Our overall experience with Wards is best described as satisfactory. Although the staff are very friendly getting hold of anyone to update us or answer our questions was problematic. On a few occasions we left a message for the office manager to call us but when we chased and finally spoke to her she said that the message was never passed to her. Telephone calls were not returned and we had to constantly chase for updates which after a few weeks began to get very frustrating. The impression we got was that they do not have the staff to deal with the amount of business they are doing.
It's a shame but after this experience we would be hesitant to use Wards in the future.
What agent could do to change your mind?
returned our calls or at least passed the message on to the intended party
