I found Lee Abdul Noor to be unprofessional and dishonest he owes he registered my tenancy deposit in his name and refused to pay up despite my rent beibg fully paid up.

After I posted my original review, the agent sent a threatening text, made rude phone calls, and has now proceeded to post a private email exchange on a public forum. I doubt that many people would like to do business with a company that behaves this way.
The above email trail shows that we were willing to pay the charges to dispose of the furniture, which was heavily stained, falling apart and should have been discarded anyway, and that the place lacked a smoke detector. What it doesn't show is that Lineas were the ones who changed the move-in date, sent us an inadequate agreement with previous tenants' information, and said that cleaning would be done simultaneously as we moved in. The house was such a good deal that we were willing to ignore the red flags -- thank goodness they decided to not rent to us.
