I think the service has been terrible to say the least.
I was due to move into a rental property in the Redhill area and 2 days before the due date to move in (after me sending email after email and calling them) I was told that the property was no longer available and that the deposit and 1st months rent will be paid back to me, BUT NOT THE ADMIN FEE AND CREDIT REFERENCE FEE!!!!???
What service did I receive to justify Bairstoweves from retaining the £300-00 for the above?
I did not terminate the Tenancy and all my credit references came back sound, not to mention the Landlord approving me as a tenant!
I have subsequently gone to Martin & Co. who were definitely better and had me moved into a new property within 4 days!!!!!!!! Amazing!
