Mark Wadsworth is the best agent I have ever had the privilege to know. Our sale was complicated and made more difficult by the fact that I live in California. Mark and Debra did so much for us and guided our family through a very difficult sale. Mark went out of his way to contact a clearance service, to arrange for a lock to be changed and to negotiate successfully with the buyers when the sale was delayed. He maintained an abiding courtesy and gentility that made all communication with him to be an absolute delight. I would recommend Mark and Debra absolutely and I think that they both did an exceptional job.

I don't think anyone is going to be happy with paying fees, however Marc presented me with an outline of what I was expected to pay and when they needed to be paid. Although I did go into the branch to pay, they do have the option to pay over the phone as a flexible option.
