Two years ago my husband and I bought a flat through Haart and in particular Tim Buckley. This was our first dealing with Haart and indeed any estate agent. A year later we sold the flat, also through Haart and made another purchase, a small house. We made the mistake of selling the small house through another agent but again purchased through Haart. It goes without saying that commission payments are painful and so we chose an agent who has a lower fee. This was a huge mistake which was highlighted as inadequate even further when we made our most recent purchase through Haart and were provided with a comparable.
Our recent purchase through Haart has reminded us that the service is exceptional. The purchase has been professional and efficient. What is most surprising is that even though I, as the buyer am not Haart's client I have felt more considered than the alternative agent with whom I am using to sell my property.
Haart have constantly kept me updated with developments but are also close to their sellers so that when my husband I needed access to the property to complete some decorative works, post exchange, they were able to arrange the issuance of the key. I recommend Haart highly and feel that fee levels are representative of the high levels of customer care.
I was provided with a dedicated point of contact but found that any member of the team with whom I spoke to was also able to assist ¢â‚¬â€œ this is very unusual but was essential to mu purchase which was made during the holiday season. It can be very frustration to be in the position that the dedicated agent goes on holiday and I, as a buyer, am left with no update.
Moving house is a stressful time but Haart have very much instilled confidence that they are in place to assist with the transition in any way possible. It is unusual for agents to act in a caring, rather than process driven way, this is what makes Haart unique.
I would like to give particular thanks and gratitude to Tim Buckley who I have now known for 3 years and has assisted in every purchase and sale thus far. He is a fantastic ambassador for Agents and a valuable member of the Haart corporation.
