While undertaking a fairly lengthy search for the right property in Deal, Matthew was unfailingly helpful and accommodating in arranging viewings etc. He was very likeable, friendly, honest and professional in his approach - demonstrated by such actions as always phoning when he said he would (a rare trait with estate agents in my experience). It was a pleasure to deal with him and I consider the Deal office lucky to have him in their employ.
