This letting agency is by far the worst I have ever dealt with. They should be reported to trading standards for the excessive charges that they place on letting the property. For instance they charge you inventory on the way out and way in. Which means that they pocket the way in charge as the previous tenant who has left will pay for the check in inventory. Also they have the audacity to charge £25 administration fee to return the deposit via BACS, which is a free banking service.
They are unresponsive, slow and only contact you when it's to do with claiming money or reminding you that the monthly rent is due.
We had a leak in April and we are due to vacate the property in September and they have made no attempt in that time to repair the ceiling, remove the mould, and redecorate. But i'm sure this will be done to give a good impression for the new tenant.
They have entered the property without our permission on many occasion, especially with regards to property viewings, yet our tenancy agreement which we paid an extortionate amount for has not be adhered to. Especially as it states 24hr notice should be given for all viewings.

Hi there I am very disappointed and indeed shocked to read this review. I fully appreciate paying anything at all is annoying but I can assure you our charges are well below the average in London – we made a commercial decision a long time ago to only charge what we have to in order to cover our costs. We regularly review the market to ensure our charges are low. We do pass on our bank’s charge for making international payments as this is the Banks charge not ours. I am also upset that you say we are slow – as we are anything but– we have a policy of response same day which I know all our staff adhere to. Unfortunately I do not have your name or the property so cannot really be specific, but suffice to say we deal with all maintenance issues quickly but often there are delays due to waiting on Landlords. We focus very firmly on customer service as our ethos is that this business is about people rather than property. The 'dedicated' end of tenancy team who ignores me, not very helpful at all.
