Demi and the team from Deal, James, Amy, Matt were the most professional and more importantly dedicated team of people. Demi's attitude and attentiveness to problem solving the issues on not only my house sale but also that of my Mothers sale were exemplary. I couldn't recommend Wards more highly!

We had a terrible experience buying from ward and partners. We found our ideal first home with them, through the 'sale by tender'. This meant that we had to pay the agent fees. 2%+VAT of the property price. the staff were rude, they never phoned ...

They could have phoned back when they said they would. They could have been polite and actually helpful.

We had to pay the agents fee, 2%+VAT of purchase price. As a first time buyer, this was absolutely disgusting.
