I had to sell a house in Bradford for a deceased relative. I used Hazelwells in Preston, where I live, as they had previously sold a house for my neighbour in just a few months, with the minimum of fuss.
A member of the firms drove me to Bradford, took photographs of the property, put up the sale boards and did the valuation.
I asked to do the viewings myself and Roger efficiently arranged four bookings for me in one day. During a few hours I took the prospective buyers round the house and left there at 6.00. Next day Wendy told me they had offers on the property and she handled these for me, finally we agreed a price with one of the offers and they proceeded to purchase. The whole process took less than three months. At all time I found that the service from the company was excellent. They kept me posted throughout and even recommended an excellent solicitor who worked in conjunction with the agent and myself. I think the advantage that Hazelwells have over many other agents is that they are a small family business and the people you speak to actually own the business and it is obviously in their interests to get things right for you.
I found the agents to be most hospitable whenever I called into the office and could only recommend them without any reservations whatsoever. Three of my friends and colleagues have previously used the company and they were subject to the same excellent service. I will most certainly use them again and can only praise the service they offered in the sale of my own property. Most particularly I was impressed with the speed at which things proceeded and with the communication I received almost daily, from Wendy. Thank you Hazelwells for a first rate service from exceedingly good professionals in their field.
