I cannot tell you how professional, efficient and helpful beyond the norm this company is.
Regardless of my continued lack of interest on many initial properties viewed, due to my First Time Buyer picky-wish-list, James Banbury's dogged determination found me my dream home, with more than expected contact & no effort from my side.
Once my offer was accepted, the process was then made even easier as Preston Baker has a representative that liaises between the purchaser's & the vendor's solicitors, making a massive saving of time & effort on everyone's behalf, extremely valuable as a single full time worker.
Every member of staff throughout the process was extremely helpful and by the time the purchase was complete I felt like part of the Selby Preston Baker family and you can't buy that!!
I cannot recommend Preston Baker enough, they are an excellent company with a fantastic sales & customer service team that go above & beyond, don't go with anybody else!

We paid the top 1.5 % for what turned out to be a pityful excuse of customer service. Will never use them or recommend them to anyone - cheaper options out there. Dont waste your money on them, youll likely be very disappointed.
