I have always had a very good experience with Estelle and Sukh. They always returns calls and deal with any issues very well. I would like to highlight that Estelle has in my opinion excellent customer care skills. She is patient and listens, then manages issues in a very professional way.

Given the choice, we would not rent/buy through this agent again. Once customer lost for good, due to the issues mentioned above.

A bidding war?! Far from being a problem that sounds like something I would want if I was a seller.. ...

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
