DISGUSTING!!!
My daughter was forced to pay a 'holding fee' for a property of £240 which she borrowed off her grandfather. She was told she had to pay this to take the property off the market, the day after we found out someone had already moved into the property. we called the following day asking for her money back and we were told she cant have it as she has failed referencing!!!! She didn't get her application forms in on time!! WTF!! ONE DAY!! this is now in the hands of our solicitor awaiting legal proceeding

Dear Sir/Madam,
I would be most grateful if you could call our office to discuss which property you are referring to, we have signed contracts and emails from all our Landlords authorising the marketing of their properties, therefore I am assuming you are mistaking the property for a different one especially as we are advertising it as a property of different size.
May I ask why you have not contacted us at all about this?

What agent could do to change your mind?
Fenix property did not respond to most of our emails asking for our money back. Correspondence was slow, and bizarly letters were signed "Your's sincerely Fenix Property". This suggested a very unprofessional approach. I have used several Newcastle and Teesside based estate agents and they have always been professional in dealing with any concerns. However, this company is NOT professional in their dealings and did not apologise or acknowledge the trouble they had caused.Attached Filesnbsp;
