Annie and the team at Gascoigne Pees were the most helpful agent we approached when initially looking for a property in Dorking, getting us an appointment with their on-site mortgage broker Nick, who enabled us to get a more realistic view of what we could afford.
Throughout the purchase process they were extremely proactive, helping us quickly resolve issues with the survey by obtaining quotes and dealing with other matters very efficiently.
Overall the service was friendly and considerate - unlike the typical service I have experienced from London-based estate agents in the past.
