On Arrival to my new home an inventory was not completed by the estate agent, this coursed a lot of unnecessary distress when the Landlord came to complete an inventory up on leaving the property with old out of date pictures with items that where never in the flat why I lived there, accusing me of theft and damaging things I have not even used. I always paid my rent on time and kept the flat in better condition that when I moved in as it was filthy even though apparently it had been professionally cleaned, this is another way the landlord tried to take a slice of my bond money saying I was required to pay for professional cleaning when this was never in the contract and clearly had not been done before I moved in, I had made the flat spotless on my last day there so there was no need to try that on, I do not agree that a estate agent should have such landlords on there books she was unapproachable, angry, disrespectful throughout my tenancy and finally tried to rip me off for my bond. I would not wish living in her property on my worse enemy.
What agent could do to change your mind?
By understanding Landlords more and completing an inventory on entry.Attached Filesnbsp;
