Pam was a pleasure to deal with throughout my search for a new flat to rent in Hitchin. She quickly had a very good idea of the type of flat I was looking for and was very helpful and pro-active in suggesting potential properties. Not only was Pam extremely efficient, but she was also really friendly and genuinely invested in helping me to find the right place. Thanks for all your help - I love my new flat!
