People sent to view the property were - in my view - nearly all serious potential buyers. No time-wasters or sight-seers.

Agent kept me very well informed with information in advance of viewings and feedback following viewings. She was pleasant at all times, practical, and also clearly had plenty of experience so as to inspire confidence in an 'oldie' like me who's been through quite a few house sales/purchases in her time!

When the agent herself was not available to make contact, her colleagues were, and they also appeared to know what was going on with the sale.

An excellent experience. Would most certainly recommend.
