This was a very half hearted service. They did not manage to sell my property. I was told on choosing them that no-one has opted to leave them before which I find hard to believe. If so, then I am the first! The photographs were poor and had to be redone with my full involvement, the updates were inaccurate and showed they were not being proactive. They are also very keen on their glossy marketing sheets, which on one viewing I was aware was not even being used. I was not concerned by these glossy sheets and think they should spend more energy on selling properties rather than delighting in these. Kevin was good and I believe he put effort into selling my property on the one viewing he was present for. On choosing to leave them I got the distinct impression they were not at all bothered that I am looking to market elsewhere. I feel very let down by people I thought I trusted, and upset at the time that has been wasted. I would not normally want to write a review like this, but I am feeling very upset about the lack of care of the service level delivered. What a shame to try to support a local business and feel so let down.
What agent could do to change your mind?
If they had shown they were at all bothered by my feedback when choosing to leave their service, or even better, had told me what they could do to improve to get me to stay, then I would not have written a negative review and may have given them a second chance.Attached Filesnbsp;
