This is the first time I have rented a property as I owned my last property, so I wasn't overly aware of all the procedures. Pam was extremely helpful & put me at ease with the process. I also dealt with Alex after the holding fee was taken due to some questions I had as the property is unmanaged, she too was very helpful.
Overall I was impressed with the service I received from Country properties and would use them again.
