Was very wary of estate agents as I have had several previous agents promising the world, but not delivering. I chose Wards as a last resort. I wish I had gone with them in the first place, as they were honest about the pricing of the property, and I liked the fact that you could have an account and log in to see the updated progress that they were delivering. I have several viewings in the first 2 weeks, something that no other agent had been able to do for me. The process from putting the house on the market to completing took 6 weeks, and we are moving a week on Friday.

The staff were exceptional, and the quality of the service has be superb. I would recommend anyone who wanted a fast, friendly and exceptional service to plump for Wards.
