Pam is a true professional. I have been a tenant with Country Properties for over 2 years and have had numerous dealings with Pam. Most recently I have had to leave my current property and move to a new apartment. Pam has shown me a number of alternative properties and has always been very understanding to my personal requirements. She shows outstanding empathy and has a natural talent for identifying what the customer really wants and needs. She takes a personal interest in her clients and offers honest, impartial advice that I trust wholeheartedly. In short, Pam is an outstanding agent and I commend her efforts and support in the highest possible way.
