I would just like to add to the previous reviews on this board at add my recent experience with them. Add everything gone smoothly I'm sure the only thing I would not like is the amount of administration fee to pay.... However this is not the case they have shown poor communication, poor 'people skills' there language and tone can be abusive, also you have to remember letting agents are unregulated by an ombudsman service. For the service they provide from a tenants point of view the fees are too much when compared to others, my advice only use them if you have to, they don't deal with problems very well from my experience. Just like to add no problem with my landlord or house just the admin 'middleman' side. I always paid upfront in time and never did anything wrong. They tried to make their problems mine this place definitely has negative kharma.
What agent could do to change your mind?
Just be as proactive as I was when dealing with money, and always kept a 'professional' tone when dealing with them as I did. They need to give more to earn back there Kharma. Dom.

What agent could do to change your mind?
Just be as proactive as I was when dealing with money, and always kept a 'professional' tone when dealing with them as I did. They need to give more to earn back there Kharma. Dom.

This suposed ex-tenant must be confusing my Company with someone else, we do not offer unmodernised houses for rental as they would not conform to Health and Safety standards. We do offer rooms for rent at the low end starting at around £275 pcm, the cheapest House we rented in 2011 was £750 pcm, we have family detached homes at around £1,300 pcm, a variety of houses for students and currently a 5 bedroom home near Pangbourne asking £2,400 pcm. ...

Obviously this comment is untrue as we do not or have ever had a property with an oil heating system on our books. If you read this letter you will find it to be fully of holes and basically its a load of rubish. Another dose of Industrial Espionage trying. ...

I can't believe that they would do this as we had a problem and it was sorted the very next day! The staff were ever so friendly and if the people who wrote the above actually read the terms and conditions they were supplied they would have seen all the charges. Check out fee is to be expected on all rental properties, well all the ones we have rented too have check out fees. ...
