Your agent who was to show us the flat cancelled the viewing 10 minutes before 2:30. We were coming all the way from London just to view this property because as you know we were very strongly interested and came here with aim to take the flat. The agent John, couldn't access the car due to the parade on Deansgate where your office is located, we understand that. John did not agree to walk to the property from your office which is only a 15 minutes walk, we were told by another member of the staff that this is not a walkable distance. We even offered to take the agency to the property in our car, which he refused explaining your company policy doesn't allow this. We decided not to gove up and drive to the Deansgate office to talk with the ageny. At this point the roads were becoming unblocked as the parade was over, it was only 14:35. When we got to the branch we were told the agent, John was not there and they didn't know his whereabouts. I explained the situation to a sales department person at Jordan Fishwick and I was told that it is too late for John to go to show us the proprty anyway as he had another appointment at 15:00. I was surprised that they totally ignored us for the sake of another appointment. Why the staff of Jordan Fishwick did not understand that we came here a long way and all we wanted is a 5 minute viewing for us to decide and take the flat. Is this how you show your customer support Jordan Fishwick, be screwing up your potential customers?
We were really so happy that we finally found an ideal place to live and to our disappointment your agency handled this arrangement in a very poor form. We were so dissatisfied with the way we were being treated and it made us really angry that your agency proved the inability to understand that they just lost a client by simply cancelling a meeting in the last minute and not even trying to rectify those irresponsible actions. The parade on Deansgate was something your office was aware of and you did not do anything to intelligently plan out the agent's journey to the property. Your agency even called us 1 hour before the viewing to confirm the viewing at which point we were on our way to Manchester from London and we of course confirmed we will be there. We paid for a car rental and fuel to drive here for this viewing, all this wasted our day as your agent was not able to take logical actions and plan ahead. You cannot with those people.
