First viewing of property was good at Hanna seemed to know the answers to all the questions we asked. As it got closer to the move-in date things became a lot worse very quickly. References that were previously all passed were suddenly not passed, and then passed again. We were sent through the prospective lease at 5pm on a Friday with an expected move-in date of Monday. There was no option to make any amendments to the lease, I was not allowed to discuss my required amendments with the legal team and told in no-uncertain terms that if I did not sign immediately the flat would be put back on the market the next day and we would loose our holding deposit. Grudgingly signed the tenancy agreement. Flat had not been professionally cleaned (as promised) when we got the flat and other amendments on which our offer was conditional had not been done. Services information was not provided and I was not allowed to speak to any manager at the branch to discuss the return of fees we had paid.

Overwhelmingly shocking service and a complete lack of respect for tenants, particularly in light of the fees we had to pay to organise the tenancy. Very disappointed.
