The buying process is stressful for anybody, but especially a first-time buyer such as myself who didn't really have a clue what to do/ask and look for. Bryony made the process for me as fun and stress-free as it could possibly be. She would meet me out of office hours to do viewings and fit around my work schedule which impressed me from the get-go. She made me feel at ease and able to contact her with any questions I had about the house buying process and in particular my dream house which she picked out for me based on what I had described I wanted.
I might as well have known her for years, she knew exactly what I was looking for and found it.
Through the entire process Bryony was there for me and helped to liaise between the vendor and solicitors so that i could complete in time for Christmas.

Preston Baker a truly a fantastic company and each member of staff that I spoke to was helpful and reliable, which many other estate agents are not.

If I could mark Bryony and Preston Baker out of 10, I would have to add on bonus marks and make it 11!
