Do NOT go anywhere NEAR Beehive lettings. They are a nightmare, my dealings with them have been atrocious from start to end. I was going into a houseshare and SO many times I couldn't get through on the phone, they IGNORED all my emails despite seriously running out of time to complete all paperwork, and sent me a useless 'google' template contract with the words DRAFT all over it, all blank and with no information on it relating to MY property. They sent me forms with another persons name crossed out and mine penned in next to it. They sent me incomplete forms and asked for money WITHOUT explaining what that money was for, with NO official paperwork to set it out (like a formal receipt). I am appalled at the service and decided to go no further with them. sadly I lost £295 but that is nothing in the scheme of life and well worth it in order to get away from them. I am happy to talk to anyone about them if necessary, please get in touch. The man I dealt with there was so rude and replied to me that he did not have time to update my details on his system as he had better things to do. I would have been sacked at my job had I spoken to someone like that.
