Never ever rent a property through this agent! Totally unprofessional and rude. Stinging us for our whole deposit even though we only lived in the property for 6 months. If you do use this dreadful company, I recommend a good solicitor!

Jul 12, 2012We are a professional company and we conduct our business in a professional manner. All deposits get lodged into DPS which is run by the government and we legally have to do this. We claim for rent arrears, cleaning of the property and any damages. We have to adhere to the DPS process when claiming and can not just take deposits so there must be a reason that you did not get your deposit back.
